FAQ
Is there a fee per lead or per won job?
No. You pay the plan price only. There are no per lead fees, no credits and no commission on jobs.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once for 12 months at half the monthly price. Starter is $288 per year, Growth $888, Pro $2,388 and Enterprise $5,388.
What counts as a matched RFQ?
A request for quote that fits your methods, regions, certifications and equipment and is delivered to you. Each delivered RFQ counts once in the billing period.
Do deleted requests give my allowance back?
No. Your allowance counts what you received in the billing period. Deleting or archiving a request never frees quota.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, from your account. An upgrade takes effect right away and the price difference is charged at once. A downgrade applies from the next billing period.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and payments already made are final.
Do I need to talk to sales for Enterprise?
No. Enterprise is self serve like the other plans. Pick it, pay by card and set up your locations and seats in your account.
Which methods can I list?
Industrial CT, radiography, ultrasonic testing including PAUT and TOFD, thermography, drone inspection, 3D scanning, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, eddy current and borescope inspection. See the industrial CT scanning and ultrasonic testing guides for how buyers read these methods.
