List NDT company services and receive matched inspection RFQs
IndustrialImaging sends you requests for quote from engineers who already know which method they need, because the advisor worked it out with them. Each RFQ arrives structured, matched to your methods, your regions and your certifications. You pay a flat subscription, never a fee per lead.

What arrives in your inbox
A matched RFQ is a request that fits what you do, written in the terms you would use to scope the job yourself.
- 01What needs inspecting and the material
- 02The defect concern, such as porosity, cracks, wall loss or delamination
- 03The recommended method, with the reasons the advisor gave the buyer
- 04Largest dimension and quantity
- 05Acceptance standard, or a note that the buyer needs your advice on it
- 06Deliverables the buyer expects, from a report to full scan data
- 07Certifications the buyer requires
- 08Deadline and the location of the parts or the asset
- 09Photos or drawings, when the buyer chooses to share them
How NDT services are matched to requests
Matching uses four filters, all taken from what you state on your profile.
- 1 Method. The RFQ method must be one of the methods on your profile.
- 2 Region. The parts or the asset must be in a state you serve, or you serve nationwide.
- 3 Certification. If the buyer requires ASNT Level II or III personnel, NADCAP or ISO 17025, your profile must state it.
- 4 Equipment envelope. For CT, the part must fit your largest part size and the requested resolution must match your best voxel size; for other methods, your stated limits apply in the same way.
Requests that fail a filter do not reach you, so your allowance is spent on work you can actually quote.
What goes on your provider profile
- Company name, website and the email that receives RFQs
- Methods you offer and the techniques within them (PAUT, TOFD, DR, CR, MFL and others)
- Equipment envelope, such as CT maximum part size and voxel size, X-ray energy, scan volume
- Certifications and accreditations as you state them, such as ASNT levels, NADCAP, ISO 17025
- Regions served, by state or nationwide
- Industries you work in
- Examples of the deliverables you send, such as a report page or a scan image you choose to show
Your profile appears in method and industry listings according to your plan. Buyers see what you state; keep it current so matching stays accurate.
Why one won job covers the plan
Think about the jobs you quote every month. A CT scan of a handful of castings, a PAUT weld inspection on a structural job or a drone survey of a wind farm each bring in several times the yearly price of a Starter or Growth plan. If the plan helps you win one job you would not have found through your current customers, it has paid for itself for the year. The math only works if the requests fit your shop, which is why matching filters on method, region, certification and equipment before an RFQ reaches you.
- No per lead fees and no credits. One flat price per month.
- Requests arrive with the scope written, so qualifying a job takes minutes, not phone calls.
- Buyers compare like for like scope, so quality and turnaround matter, not just the lowest number.
Estimate what matched RFQs are worth to your lab
Move the sliders to your own numbers for job value, win rate and quoted RFQs. The estimate uses real plan prices and the RFQ allowance of each plan. It is an estimate, not a promise of work.
- Estimated jobs won per month
- Estimated revenue per month
- Plan cost per month, billed yearly
- Revenue for each dollar of plan cost
- Jobs won needed to cover the plan
RFQs above your plan allowance are not delivered, so the estimate caps quoted RFQs at the allowance of your chosen plan.
Why buyers send structured RFQs instead of calling round
Structured RFQs give your team a written scope to review and quote, with method advice and buyer requirements in the same request.
| Criterion | IndustrialImaging RFQ | Calling labs one by one | Generic business directories | Inspection broker |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scope clarity | One written scope for matched providers | You explain the scope to each lab | Phone list, you define the scope | Broker helps define the scope |
| Method advice | Ranked methods with reasons and limits | Each lab advises on its own methods | Phone list, you ask labs for advice | Broker may advise on methods |
| Like for like quotes | Matched providers quote the same RFQ | You align scope across separate conversations | You align scope and collect quotes yourself | Depends on how the broker scopes requests |
| Cost to the buyer | Free to request quotes | No platform fee, inspection quoted separately | Free phone list, inspection quoted separately | Usually a markup on the job |
| Time to quotes | You set the deadline in the RFQ | Depends on each lab and your follow ups | Depends on your outreach and lab responses | Depends on broker coordination and lab responses |

FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your plan from your account at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and payments already made are not refunded.
What counts toward my monthly allowance?
Each matched RFQ delivered to you counts once in your billing period. The allowance renews with each new period.
Does deleting a request free up my allowance?
No. Deleting or archiving an RFQ removes it from your list, but it still counts toward the allowance of the period in which you received it.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
You stop receiving new matched RFQs until the next period starts. You can move to a higher plan at any time to raise the allowance; the price difference is charged right away.
Can I see a matched RFQ before I pay?
Yes. After you create an account and confirm your email, you get one matched RFQ preview for your methods and region, so you can judge the format and the fit.
Do you take a commission on jobs I win?
No. You pay the plan price and nothing else. The quote, the contract and the payment for the job are between you and the buyer.
